ANTARCTIC WIND
Crafted from frozen steel, this boomerang bears with it the chill of the south wind.

Rarity: Uncommon
PROPERTY (5e)
When you make a physical attack with this weapon, if your hit and your attack with a -5 penalty also hits the target's CON, the target gains slowed until the end of your next turn.
When you make a physical attack with this weapon, if you hit, you deal wind/cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus to all creatures adjacent to your original target, or in and adjacent to the square you targeted if you did not target a creature with your attack. This is considered an area effect.

Attacks with this weapon increase their critical hit range by 2.
You can use this weapon as a harvesting tool. If you do, you have advantage on ability checks made for harvesting.
When you make a basic attack with this weapon, if it is a critical hit, you automatically harvest 1 unit of crafting material from the creature. This does not consume harvest attempts from the creature's corpse, if applicable.
When you make a basic attack with this weapon, if your attack roll -5 also hits the target's CON, you can inflict one of the following status afflictions of your choice: blind, immobilized, slowed, or weakened. This condition is permanent. Creatures with the heavy, elite, or paragon quality are immune to this effect.
