AMNESIA

You rend the target's timeline, disrupting their ability to recall their past.
This jikuu has two uses.
If you hit, the target gains amnesia. (A creature with the amnesia status cannot make any use of any class features. If the creature has a higher level than the origin of this effect, the creature can make use of class features from levels up to the difference: for example, an 18th-level creature with this effect from a 14th-level chronist can use up to 4th-level abilities for the duration. Racial abilities or abilities otherwise innate to the target are unaffected, such as abilities gained from templates or the like.)
Alternatively, the target of this jikuu loses memory of the events of at least the last round, and up to the last five minutes, plus an additional five minutes for every five chronist levels; when you use this jikuu, you decide how much time you want the target to forget. The target has no recollection of anything that has occurred over that time frame; their memory of that time is utterly and irrevocably destroyed, and cannot be retrieved in any way.

 

FADE

You reduce the target's presence in both space and time, making others unlikely to attack it.
The target gains fade, overcome by a Determination save against a DC set by a temporal attack you make when you use this jikuu. (Any creature who attempts to attack the creature or include it in the area of an area effect must make a saving throw of a specified type against a specified DC. If the save fails, the creature cannot resolve any attack against the creature, and if an area attack, it must be repositioned so that the creature is unaffected. This status is ignored if the creature cannot be seen or otherwise sensed by the attacker. This status negates and is negated by the malice status.)

 

LETHARGY

You sap temporal energy from the target, slowing their movements.
If you hit, the target gains dex down, with severity of 1 + 1/four chronist levels. (A creature with dex down suffers a penalty to their Reflex and ranged attacks - but not firearm attacks - equal to the severity of the status. Multiple copies of dex down stack. If a creature has dex down with severity equal to or greater than their level + their Dexterity modifier, that creature also becomes paralyzed.)

 

RUIN

RUINGA

This jikuu functions as per ruin, except that it has longer range and affects an area.

 

SLEEP

You temporally trick the target's mind, forcing it into a deep - but temporary - sleep.
If you hit, the target gains sleep. (A creature with sleep becomes helpless and is unaware of their surroundings. Normal noise does not awaken the creature, but damage does. A sleeping creature can be roused with a standard action.)
If you hit a creature with this jikuu that already has the sleep status, the duration of this jikuu becomes "Duration: Short (30 minutes)."

 

STRIP

You nullify the status boons affecting a creature.
If you hit, you remove one status boon, randomly determined, currently affecting the target. For every 3 points by which you hit, you remove an additional random status boon.
This jikuu affects status boons gained from any source, be it a class feature, an ability, or an item. This jikuu will attempt to remove status boons with the innate flag. (If you would lose a status effect with the innate flag, you immediately regain it.)

 

VANISH
Classes: Epo

Duration: Short (30 minutes)

You cause the light reflected by the target to become scattered and lost in space, rendering the creature invisible to sight.
The target gains invisible. (An invisible creature is visually undetectable. An invisible creature gains a +2 bonus on attack rolls against sighted opponents, and gains combat advantage against such opponents. A creature with this status gains a +20 bonus on any check made to hide or otherwise avoid visual detection.)
If the creature makes an attack or otherwise affects a creature with an offensive ability, this effect ends after the attack resolves.
Items dropped or put down by an invisible creature become visible; items picked up disappear if tucked into the clothing or pouches worn by the creature. Light, however, never becomes invisible, although a source of light can become so (thus, the effect is that of a light with no visible source). Any part of an item that the subject carries but that extends more than 10 feet from it becomes visible.
