Talents function like skills, sort of, except that you don't have dice associated with them. They simply have ranks.

Talent Descriptions
Talent: Durable Cost/Rank: Varies, + 3/rank When you take this talent, you can choose to pay either 2, 4, or 6 XP. If you pay 2 XP, you gain additional HP equal to 1d4+2. If you pay 4 XP, you gain additional HP equal to 1d4+4. If you pay 6 XP, you gain additional HP equal to 1d4+6. You can take this talent multiple times. Each time you do, you can choose to pay a different base cost for the talent, but you must pay the additional cost for each previous rank.
Talent: Mage You are versed in the ways of magic, able to shape reality to fit your whims. Prerequisites - Skill: Arcana (1d4). Cost: 5 You gain access to a mana token pool. The maximum number of mana tokens you can have at any time is equal to your maximum Arcana skill result. You gain mana tokens equal to your minimum Arcana skill result every hour.
