Your character either possesses a talent, or he does not.

Talent List

Mage: You are versed in the ways of magic, able to shape reality to fit your whims.
Einhander: You are trained in the art of war.
Mediator: You are possessed of a silver tongue, able to converse and argue incredibly well.

Talent Descriptions

Talent: Mage
  You are versed in the ways of magic, able to shape reality to fit your whims.

  Prerequisites - Skill: Arcana (1d4), Skill: Spellcraft (1d4).
  Cost: 5

  You gain access to a mana token pool. The maximum number of mana tokens you can have at any time is equal to your maximum Arcana
  skill result.

  You gain mana tokens equal to your minimum Arcana skill result every hour.

  You can take Feats with the [Spell] descriptor.
Talent: Einhander
  You are trained in the art of war.

  Prerequisites - Skill: Melee (1d4), Skill: Proficiency (1d4).
  Cost: 5

  You gain access to a weapon token pool. The maximum number of weapon tokens you can have at any time is equal to your maximum
  Melee skill result.

  When you successfully deal damage with a weapon, you gain weapon tokens equal to your minimum Melee skill result.

  Weapon tokens last until the end of an encounter or for five minutes, whichever is longer.

  You can take Feats with the [Maneuver] descriptor.
Talent: Mediator
  You are possessed of a silver tongue, able to converse and argue incredibly well.

  Prerequisites - Two of the following Skills at (1d4): Bluff, Charm, Impress, Scare, Persuade.
  Cost: 5

  You gain access to a talk token pool. The maximum number of talk tokens you can have at any time is equal to your maximum Trait:
  Wits, Trait: Logic, and Trait: Insight results.

  You gain talk tokens equal to your average Charisma every hour.

  You can take feats with the [Oration] descriptor.
