Increasing entropy in part of the system, increases it for the whole.
Use this whim in reaction to taking damage.
The source of the damage takes half the damage you took, of the same damage type, rounded down.
This effect can also affect traps or other inanimate sources of damage, but not those wielded by a creature (in which case the creature in question takes the damage).
SLUGGISHNESS

---
Grade: Ana Sub
Idiom: Entropy
Effectation Time: Standard
Range: Close (30 feet)
Target: One creature
Duration: Brief (5 rounds)
Defense: Determination
Chaos Opposition: Yes
You cause the forces of entropy to pull on a creature, slowing their movement.
The target gains hobbled for the duration of this whim. (A creature with the hobbled condition has all of its movement speeds halved.)
