Lilith.
"Don't cross me, mortal."

Lilith is a Wanderer, and often self-identifies as a "dark Wanderer," though her precise meaning is currently lost on most who are aware of the phrase, as the Wandering force is believed to be singular and is not known to have divisions within it.

In all other ways, Lilith seems to behave as a normal Wanderer, complete with the ability to traverse material planes.

History

Much of Lilith's history is shrouded in mystery. It is believed that she is incredibly old, and hails from far-off planes as yet unmapped in regards to Trinity. It is known that she has visited Trinity several times in her life, and is known to be rather antagonistic to most Wanderers that hail from Trinity; the reasoning behind her antagonism is largely unknown. How many planes she has visited since her ascension is unknown, and she seems to be well-versed in the planar geography surrounding Trinity.

She has mentioned a wide variety of places, events, and people in her conversations, and her terminological choices make it apparent that she has picked up bits and pieces of cultures from a wide variety of locales. A few have surmised that the implications of her references are such that she is either a quite well-read individual, or that the fiction of a plane is actually - somehow - a reference to another world that actually exists. Lilith's history - what little of it is known - is among the prime evidence that the material planes are all connected to each other on a deeper level than most believe or even consider possible.

Lilith is also known to carry a large assortment of artifacts of varying purpose, Force alignment, and origin. Her demonstrated skills strongly imply that she was martially trained before her ascension, and it is surmised based on her approach to Force-based tools that her plane of origin is a world in which few - if any - of the Forces are present. How an individual could ascend to become a Wanderer on such a plane is unknown, and - indeed - the idea that a plane could exist in which the Forces are not present in relatively equal strength seems absurd.

Her actions strongly imply an antagonistic past and general approach to life, and it is entirely possible that she was essentially a villain on the plane on which she ascended. This may be the root cause of her self-identification as a "dark Wanderer," as most other Wanderers encountered have been generally helpful and willing to lend aid to others. In particular, Lilith was responsible for the ascension of Kotrit Wayveri to Wandering status in CR 402; her purpose in assisting the dracolich in that process is unknown.

At some point in her past, Lilith has apparently developed a relationship with the Sleeping One, though how, where, or why she would do so is unknown.

Qualities

Lilith seems to be human, and lacks any major physiological differences that would give rise to other possibilities. Some believe that it is possible that she is a vesuvan, or a race similar to them in some fashion, though the few accounts of her do not give any indication of an ability to change her shape.

Lilith's Wanderer symbol is a whip, which is known to be barbed and possess other combat-oriented modifications. It is not known if the weapon was originally designed as such, or modified while on her travels. The latter would presume the existence of an individual capable of modifying a Wanderer weapon, and anyone capable of crafting artifacts that has handled a Wanderer symbol has not been able to find a means to modify such items in any meaningful way.

Lilith's dress is often described as "odd," often consisting of material, make, or general design approach that is completely foreign to inhabitants of Trinity. It is believed that her only piece of attire that originated on Trinity is her trenchcoat. She is known to carry a variety of weaponry beyond her whip, such as a sword, a revolver, and multiple daggers; the precise qualities of her arsenal are unknown, nor is it known how many unique weapons she carries, and the origin of her additional weaponry is as mysterious as herself.
