FIRE AND BLOOD [Magic, Story - Echoes]
There are few more pure expressions of destruction and life than those found in the paths walked by mages. It is in the balance of these energies that the true rhythm of Magic can be felt...
Prerequisites: Caster, haven't taken Secrets of the Hand.
Benefit: When you get a critical hit with a Thaumaturgy spell, you can spend a healing surge and regain hit points equal to your healing surge value.
When you get a critical hit with a Conjury spell, you can spend a healing surge and regain mana equal to double your mana refresh rate.
