When you make a physical attack with this weapon, if your hit and your attack with a -5 penalty also hits the target's CON, the target gains slowed until the end of your next turn.
When you make a physical attack with this weapon, if you hit, you deal wind/cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus to all creatures adjacent to your original target, or in and adjacent to the square you targeted if you did not target a creature with your attack.
