Logos

The following are the logos abilities for the Healing domain.

 

ANGEL OF MERCY
While you are dead or dying, you can continue to take actions. You can only use logos abilities, and prayers that allow the targets to spend a healing surge; you cannot target yourself with these abilities.

 

DENY DEATH
Prerequisites: 10th+ level.
As a standard action, you can touch a dead or dying creature that has at least one healing surge remaining. That creature loses all status ailments (including dead and dying), removes all failed death saves, and is restored to full hit points; the target loses half of its remaining healing surges, rounded up.
After using this ability, you lose all remaining blessings and your divinity immediately ends.

 

HEAL SOUL
As a standard action, you can touch a creature. If the creature spends a healing surge, you remove one failed death save from the target.

 

LAY ON HANDS
As a standard action, you can touch a creature. If the creature spends a healing surge, you heal that creature for an amount equal to your current hit points.

 

PURIFYING TOUCH
As a standard action, you can touch a creature. If you do, all status ailments except dead and dying on the target gain "save ends."

 

PURGE UNDEAD
As a standard action, you can touch an Undead creature. If you do, make a divine attack against that creature's Reflex. If you hit, you deal holy damage to that creature equal to your current hit points.

 

SPIRITUAL INFUSION
As a standard action, you can touch a creature. If the target spends a healing surge, it gains a shield equal to double its healing surge value.

 

TRUE HEALING
Whenever you use a prayer that allows the target to spend a healing surge, and the target chooses to do so, that target also gains additional hit points equal to one-half their healing surge value (rounded down).

 

Healing Prayer Descriptions

The following are the healing prayers in alphabetical order.

 

CURA
Classes: Inc, Pal, Pri
Domains: Healing
Utterance Time: Swift action
Range: Close (30 feet)
Target: One creature
Duration: Instant
Defense: Will
Divine Inhibition: Yes
You speak words of healing, and the target's health is restored.
The target can spend up to two healing surges. If he does, he regains hit points as normal for doing so for each surge spent, plus your Wisdom modifier for each surge spent.
Since Undead are typically powered by negative energy, this prayer deals damage to them instead of curing their wounds. If you use this prayer in this way, you must make a divine attack against the target, against their Will; if you hit, you deal potency 4 holy damage to the target.

 

CURE
Classes: Inc, Pal, Pri
Domains: Healing

Range: Close (30 feet)
Target: One creature
Duration: Instant
Defense: Will
Divine Inhibition: Yes
You speak words of healing, and the target's health is restored.
The target can spend a healing surge. If he does, he regains hit points as normal for doing so, plus your Wisdom modifier.

RAISE
Classes: Inc, Pal, Pri
Domains: Healing
Utterance Time: Standard action
Range: Close (30 feet)
Target: One creature with the dead status
Duration: Instant
Defense: Will (harmless)
Divine Inhibition: Yes
You return a dead creature to life, albeit in a weakened state.
You can remove the dead status from the target, provided that status has existed for 5 rounds or less. The target can spend a healing surge; otherwise, the target is returned to 1 hp.
The target is still considered to have failed three death saves until their next long rest; as such, if the target gains dying, they gain dead instead.
The target gains the weakened status for 5 rounds. (A creature with the weakened status deals half damage.)

 

REGEN
Classes: Inc, Pal, Pri
Domains: Healing
Utterance Time: Swift action
Range: Close (30 feet)
Target: One creature
Duration: Brief (5 rounds)
Defense: Will (harmless)
Divine Inhibition: Yes
You create a healing breeze that restores a creature's health over time.
The target can choose to spend a healing surge; if he does, he does not recover hit points, but instead gains regen for 5 rounds. (A creature with the regen status is healed for 10% of its maximum hit points, rounded down, at the beginning of each of its turns.)
