You can manifest powers with the [Telepathic] descriptor without disrupting your concentration on this power, even if you fail the Manifestation check. Powers with the [Telepathic] descriptor with a duration of "Concentration" are maintained when you concentrate on maintaining this power.

DEVOTION
|
You gain telepathy, with a range of Close (25 feet + 5 feet/2 manifester levels). You can attempt to contact a mind as a move action; the target is allowed a Will save against this power to resist. You can drop a mental connection as a non-action. You can only have one contacted mind at a time.

The telepathy you gain from this power is language-dependant. You and the target must spend a move action to communicate via this link, and communication is limited to a maximum of 25 words per action; only thoughts you and the target specifically choose to send via this power are sent to the recipient.

Augmentation (1 PP): Increase the word limit per action by 5.

SCIENCE
|
You gain telepathy, with a range of Close (25 feet + 5 feet/2 manifester levels). You can attempt to contact a mind as a free action, but can only attempt one such connection each round; the target is allowed a Will save against this power to resist. You can drop a mental connection as a non-action. You can only have one contacted mind at a time.

The telepathy you gain from this power is language-dependant. You and the target do not need to spend an action to communicate via this link, but communication is limited to a maximum of 50 words per round; only thoughts you and the target specifically choose to send via this power are sent to the recipient.

|
You gain telepathy, with a range of Medium (100 feet + 10 feet/manifester level). You can attempt to contact a mind as a free action, and can attempt up to three connections each round; the target is allowed a Will save against this power to resist. You can drop a mental connection as a non-action. You can only have one contacted mind at a time.

The telepathy you gain from this power is not language-dependant; so long as the target has an Intelligence score, you can communicate with them. You and the target do not need to spend an action to communicate via this link, and communication between you is not limited to any maximum number of words per round. Only thoughts you and the target specifically choose to send via this power are sent to the recipient.

You invade a creature's mind and cross it's thoughts, preventing it from thinking clearly.

When you are using telepathy and have a contacted mind, you may activate this power. If you do, you addle the target's mind, preventing them from taking rational action. As your knowledge of this power increases, you can further addle a creature's mind.

DEVOTION
|
The target gains the confused status. If you cease concentrating on this power or lose contact with the target, this effect immediately ends.
|
At the end of the target's turn, it may make another Will save to end this effect.

SCIENCE
|
The target gains the confused status. If you cease concentrating on this power or lose contact with the target, this effect immediately ends.

ART
|
The target gains the amnesia and confused status effects. The target must make a separate Will save against each effect. If you cease concentrating on this power or lose contact with the target, these effects immediately end.

At the end of the target's turn, if it does not have the amnesia or confused status, it must make a Will save against this power again, or gain the status ailment(s) it does not currently have that this power can cause.

MIND THRUST

You form a thought into a twisted psionic barb, and use it to skewer a creature's mind.

When you are using telepathy and have a contacted mind, you may activate this power. If you do, you accumulate psionic energy in your mind until you have enough to overwhelm your target, then unleash it upon them.

DEVOTION
|
You deal 1d6 points of psychic damage to the target, plus an additional 1d6 psychic damage for every two manifester levels you have (max 5d6). A successful Will save negates this damage.
|
Augmentation (2 PP): Increase the damage by 1d6, to a maximum of 10d6.

|
SCIENCE
|
You deal 1d8 points of psychic damage to the target, plus an additional 1d8 psychic damage for every two manifester levels you have (max 10d8). A successful Will save negates this damage.

Augmentation (2 PP): Increase the damage by 1d8, to a maximum of 15d8.
|
Augmentation (Varies): You can attach another psionic power you know with the [Mind-affecting] and [Telepathic] descriptors to this power. If the target fails the saving throw against this power, the target is affected by both this power and the rider power. This augmentation's cost is 3 PP if the rider is a devotion or 6 PP if the rider is a science; you cannot use an art as a rider power. You can augment the rider power, but the sum of the augmentation for both powers must not exceed your metapsionic cap.

ART
|
You deal 1d10 points of psychic damage to the target per manifester level you have (max 15d10). A successful Will save halves this damage.
|
Augmentation (2 PP): Increase the damage by 1d10, to a maximum of 20d10.
|
Augmentation (Varies): You can attach another psionic power you know with the [Mind-affecting] and [Telepathic] descriptors to this power. If the target fails the saving throw against this power, the target is affected by both this power and the rider power. This augmentation's cost is 3 PP if the rider is a devotion, 6 PP if the rider is a science, or 9 PP if the rider is an art. You can augment the rider power, but the sum of the augmentation for both powers must not exceed your metapsionic cap.
