You tap into memories of wind, and create a sudden downburst amidst your foes.
Make a memetic attack against all creatures in the burst. If you hit, you deal potency 3 wind damage; if you miss, you deal half damage instead.
If you also hit a creature's Fortitude, that creature is knocked prone.
MEMORY
If you hit a creature, you also push it 10 feet from the center of the burst.
