The information you gather can include pictures and diagrams, or other representations of data as appropriate.
This effectively allows you to ask a series of questions on a particular topic; you can ask one question per level, each question effectively a query, but the base chance of success for each question type are increased by 10%. If you get an answer, that answer is transcribed into the targeted object; if not, that information is absent.
Once you have used this meme on a particular topic, you cannot use it again on that topic until you gain a level.
