When a physical, single target attack is made against a creature, make a temporal attack against the attacker's Determination.
If you hit, you redirect the attack to another target of your choice. The new target must be a valid target for the attack, and must be within the attacker's range with the ability.

DEFY GRAVITY

You manipulate the gravity around a creature or object, allowing you to move it.
You can use this jikuu to move yourself, another creature, or an object up and down as you wish.
A creature must be willing to be affected, and an object must be unattended or possessed by a willing creature. You can mentally direct the recipient to move up or down as much as 20 feet each round; doing so is a move action. You cannot move the recipient horizontally, but the recipient could clamber along the face of a cliff, for example, or push against a ceiling to move laterally (generally at half its base land speed).
An affected creature that attacks with a melee or ranged weapon finds itself increasingly unstable; the first attack has a –1 penalty on attack rolls, the second –2, and so on, to a maximum penalty of –5. A full round spent stabilizing allows the creature to begin again at –1.

 

DEMI

You use the overwhelming force of gravity to attempt to crush a creature.
Make a temporal attack against the target. If you hit, you reduce the target's current hit points by 50%, rounded down. If the target has 1 hit point remaining, this jikuu reduces the target to 0 hit points.
This jikuu does not deal damage; it directly manipulates the target's hit point total. As such, effects that prevent hit point damage, such as protect or barrier, do not prevent this loss of hit points.

 

DRAG

You intensify gravity's hold on a creature, causing it to fall faster.
If you hit, the affected creatures or objects fall faster. Drag instantly changes the rate at which the target falls, doubling its normal rate of falling. Due to this, the subject take double the normal damage they would take upon landing (this doubling can increase the damage over the normal maximums for falling damage).
This jikuu has no special effect on ranged weapons unless they are falling quite a distance. If used on a falling item, the object does double normal damage based on its weight, with normal bonuses for the height of the drop.
This jikuu works on free-falling objects and flying creatures. Flying creatures suffer a penalty to Fly checks equal to your FRC bonus.
This jikuu counters and negates the float status.

You create a burst of gravitational force for but a moment, forcing a creature or object to the ground.
This jikuu has two uses.
You can choose to target a creature; this jikuu has no effect on a creature that is not in contact with the ground. If you hit, the target falls prone.
You can choose to target an object. An unattended object immediately drops to the floor or otherwise tips over; if it is an attended object, such as a held weapon, you must make a temporal attack against Reflex of the creature attending the object, with a hit causing the object to immediately fall to the floor (if the object is attended, this jikuu is a [disarm] effect).

 

FALSE GRAVITY

With a touch, you imbue into a creature the ability to control its own reaction to gravity.
The subject of this jikuu can travel on any solid surface as though that surface possessed its own gravity. For example, the subject could walk or even run up a wall as though the wall were a perfectly level floor.
The subject can switch "down" as often as he likes during the jikuu's duration, though only once per round, as a free action.
Unattended objects fall, as normal.
The subject of false gravity can fly by choosing a solid surface and letting himself fall through the air toward it. A character "flying" in this fashion moves at 30 feet per round and can make one turn, in any direction, once per round, by redefining his personal gravity. A character falling in this fashion loses all "downward" momentum when he changes his gravity.

 

FLOAT

You reduce gravity's hold on a creature, allowing it to float.
If you hit, the target gains float. (A creature with the float status floats a foot above the ground, but still moves and acts as if she were standing on solid ground. If the creature falls, her rate of falling is reduced to 60 feet per round, and takes no fall damage. A creature with this status is treated as though she were flying, and has an effective fly speed of 0 ft.)

 

GRAVITY BOW

You create a gravitational wave that moves a creature against its will.
If you hit, you slide the target up to 30 feet. If you attempt to move the creature into a hazardous space (such as over an open pit, or into a fire), you must hit the target again with a -5 penalty to your attack; if you miss, the forced movement ends at the square immediately before the hazard. (Forced movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.)

 

GRAVITY THRUST

You grab hold of the gravitional forces holding objects in place, and create a gravitic surge that throws them forward.
You can affect one or more objects or creatures by concentrating your mind upon them, sending them in a deadly hail at your foes - or simply by hurling your foe!
You can hurl up to five objects or creatures, as long as all are within the jikuu’s range and each is no more than 10 feet away from another one. Each object or creature can be hurled a maximum distance of 30 feet.
If you attempt to use this jikuu on a creature or an attended object, you must make a temporal attack against the creature or attendant's Will in order to target them with this jikuu directly.
You must succeed on temporal attacks (one per creature or object thrown) to hit the target of the hurled items with the items. Hurled weapons deal their standard damage (your Strength bonus does not apply; ammunition deals potency 1 damage), but ranged weapons with the ammo quality without the thrown quality reduce their potency by half, rounded down. Other objects deal damage ranging from 1 point per 25 pounds of weight (for less dangerous objects such as an empty barrel) to 1d6 points per 25 pounds of weight (for hard, dense objects such as a boulder).
If you use this jikuu to hurl a creature against a solid surface, it takes damage as if it had fallen 10 feet (potency 1 damage).

 

HOVERING DISC

You concentrate manipulate gravitational fields to create a solid plane that can follow you.
You create a slightly concave, circular plane of gravitational force that follows you about and carries loads for you. The disk is 3 feet in diameter and 1 inch deep at its center. It can hold an amount of weight equal to 100 pounds times your FRC bonus. If used to transport a liquid, its capacity is 2 gallons.
The disk floats approximately 3 feet above the ground at all times and remains level. It floats along horizontally within range of this jikuu and will accompany you at a rate of no more than your normal speed each round. If not otherwise directed, it maintains a constant interval of 5 feet between itself and you.
The disk winks out of existence when the jikuu duration expires. The disk also winks out if you move beyond its range or try to take the disk more than 3 feet away from the surface beneath it. When the disk winks out, whatever it was supporting falls to the surface beneath it.

 

IMMOBILIZE

Make a temporal attack against the target's Reflex. If you hit, the target gains immobilized for the duration.
Creatures or objects affected by this jikuu are effectively immune to gravity, and will remain in place until its duration ends even if no longer supported by the ground or an object that can hold its weight.

 

LEAD BLADE

If the target moves, the target gains a +1 power bonus to the damage potency of all physical melee attacks until the end of its turn for every 20 feet moved, to a max of +4 damage potency.
This jikuu does not enable the target to break the damage cap. (The damage cap is 12 potency.)

 

OVERDRIVE

You vastly strengthen gravity's pull on a creature, drawing them to the ground.
Make a temporal attack against the target. If you hit, the target immediately falls to the ground, taking appropriate falling damage, and loses all fly speeds for the duration of this jikuu.

 

UNSTOPPABLE

You modulate a creature's gravitational field, allowing it to surpass obstacles and escape entrapments.
This jikuu enables you or a creature you touch to move and attack normally for the duration of the jikuu, even under the influence of effects that usually impedes movement, such as immobilize, grappled, paralysis, restrained, slow, and web. All attempts made to grab, grapple, or restrain the target automatically fail.
This effect also allows the subject to move and attack normally while underwater, even with slashing weapons such as axes and swords or with bludgeoning weapons such as flails, hammers, and maces, provided that the weapon is wielded in the hand rather than hurled.
