GOBLIN PUNCH

Template: An effect that grants a natural attack; an effect that improves a natural attack.
You punch with a fist, augmented by unusual strength.
You make a slam attack (which requires a melee attack roll), which deals 1d6 physical damage if you are Medium size, adding your Strength modifier to the damage. The critical threat range for this attack is 20/x2.
Memory: If you confirm a critical hit with this attack, you deal an additional 1d6 precision-based damage for each memory allocated to this meme.
Belief: For every five points of memory allocated, the crit range for this attack increases by 1.

 

GUARD-OFF

Template: An effect that reduces a target's AC; an effect that causes a penalty to AC.
You reduce the target's ability to defend themselves.
The target suffers a -2 penalty to AC and a -1 penalty to saving throws.
Memory: For every two points of memory allocated, increase the penalty to AC by -2 and the penalty to saving throws by -1.
Belief: The penalty to saving throws is also applies to the creature's DR, all forms of ER, and all Force Resistances. Such values cannot be reduced below 0.

 

HASTEBREAK

Template: An effect that causes the slow status; an effect that causes the stop status.
You remove effects that allow a creature to move faster through time, punishing them for their transgressions against causality.
The target of this meme must make a Will save. If the save fails, the creature gains the slow status for the duration of the meme.
Memory: For every 2 points of memory invested, you can target another creature. No two targets of this meme can be more than 10 feet apart.
Belief: This meme now affects a cone, extending from you to the extreme edge of the range, and affects all creatures in it. If a creature that would be affected by this meme has the haste status, the slow effect caused by this meme counters that effect as normal, even if the save is made; if the save is failed, the creature gains the stop status for the duration of this meme.

 

IMMUNITY SUPPRESSION

You craft an insidious meme, one that burrows into the mind and reduces its bearer's ability to resist new ideas.
If the target fails a Will save, it suffers a -2 penalty to all Will saves against memetic effects.
Memory: For each point of memory you have invested in this meme, the target suffers an additional -1 to its Will saves.
Belief-Space: While this meme is part of your belief-space, your mind is much more susceptible to memes, but can also manage more at a time. You gain an additional active meme slot, plus an additional active meme slot for every five memory invested. However, you suffer a -4 penalty to all Will saves, and an additional -2 penalty for each memory invested.

 

INCONSISTENT SCHEMA

Duration: 1 round + 1 round/memory invested
Saving Throw: Will negates
Blue Opposition: Yes
You scramble a creature's internal ideosphere, making its beliefs seem contradictory and thereby confusing.
The target becomes confused.
Memory: For each point of memory you have invested in this meme, the duration is increased by 1 round.
Belief-Space: While this meme is part of your belief-space, your understanding of the intricate interplay of belief systems is enhanced, and you grasp keenly how inconsistent schemes are transmitted. A creature affected by this meme is contagious, and if it is able to speak, on its turns, creatures within 30 feet of it must make a Will save against this meme or also be confused for the same duration as the original target was confused. A creature can be infected multiple times, each time resetting the duration. However, you must take pains to avoid contemplating the inconsistent schemas within your own mind, and thus you lose and cannot regain immunity to mind-affecting effects while this meme is bound to your belief-space.

 

INFRASONICS

Blue Opposition: Yes
Recharge: 5
Template: An effect that causes a penalty to Reflex saves; an effect that makes a creature flat-footed.
With a keening noise, you reduce a creature's ability to defend itself.
All creatures in the area lose all Dexterity and dodge bonuses to AC and Reflex saves for the duration. If a creature has evasion, that ability is lost; if a creature has improved evasion, it is reduced to evasion instead.
This effect counts as a status ailment.
Memory: For every two points of memory allocated, all creatures also take a -1 penalty to AC and Reflex saves.
Belief: If this meme is part of your belief-space, all creatures in the area are considered flat-footed for the duration of the effect. If you have at least four memory allocated, they also lose improved evasion; if at least eight memory invested, they also lose uncanny dodge (if they have improved uncanny dodge, it is reduced to uncanny dodge); if at least twelve memory invested, they also lose improved uncanny dodge.
