VACCIME

Blue Opposition: Yes
You mix an informational cocktail of ideas that protect against a particular concept, and directly inject them into the mind of your target.
Choose one mental status ailment your target is suffering from. Make a memeticist level check (d20 + memeticist level) against DC 11 + the Force-user Level of the creature that caused the effect (if it was not caused by a Force effect, use the HD of the creature that caused it instead). If you succeed, you successfully remove the effect.
Memory: For every 2 points of memory invested, gain a +1 insight bonus to the level check to remove the targeted status ailment. For every 5 points of memory invested, you can remove one additional status ailment with a single use of this meme at a time (make a single check for removing all effects).
Belief-Space: While this meme is bound to your belief-space, if you have at least 6 memory invested in it, you gain Mettle against Will effects that would cause mental status effects. If you have at least 12 memory invested in it, you can Improved Mettle against Will effects that would cause mental status effects (if you fail the save, halve the duration of the effect). If you have at least 18 memory invested in it, you gain immunity to mental status effects.
This additional effect affects all Mind-affecting effects, regardless of their source: in effect, your informational "immune system" is too difficult to suppress even in the face of beneficial effects or effects you produce yourself. Thus, if you are allowed a saving throw against an effect that would cause a mental status effect, you must attempt the saving throw.

 

VANISH

Template: An effect that grants invisible; an effect that grants evasion or improved evasion; an effect that gives a dodge bonus to AC.
You make a creature more difficult to see, improving its defences or making it disappear entirely.
You grant the creature a +1 dodge bonus to AC, and attacks against it have a 0% miss chance.
Memory: For every two points of memory allocated, increase the dodge bonus by +1, and the miss chance by 5%. For every five points of memory allocated, you can target one additional creature; the targets must be no more than 30 feet apart when you use this meme.
Belief: If this meme is part of your belief-space, the target instead gains the invisible status for the duration.

 

WEB BOLT

Duration: 1 round + 1 round/2 memory
Saving Throw: Reflex negates
Blue Opposition: No
Recharge: 5
Template: A ranged effect that causes the grappled condition; a ranged effect that causes the dex down condition.
A sticky blob of web is flung at the target, restricting its movement and lowering speed.
You launch a ball of webbing at a target, which must make a save or be affected as if by a web effect occupying only the creature's space. If the creature saves or breaks free of the webbing, the remaining webs dissolve and the square is not considered difficult terrain. This meme has no effect if the target is not on or adjacent to a solid surface that can support the webbing.
Memory: For every 2 points of memory allocated, a creature that fails the saving throw is affected by dex down for the duration of this meme, even if they break out of the web.
Belief: You can instead create an area of webbing, rather than target a specific creature. This meme functions as though it were web, including an increase to its range (this meme now has Medium range, 100 feet + 10 feet/memory). Creatures that fail the initial saving throw are affected by allocated memory, as above.

 

WHITE WIND
Classes: Lrn Meme [Learnable]
Activation Time: Standard action
Range: Close (25 feet + 5 feet/2 memory)
Target: One creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates (Harmless)
Blue Opposition: Yes
Recharge: 5
Template: An effect that heals hit point damage.
You produce a gust of wind charged with life energy, healing allies.
The target can expend a healing surge and is healed for an amount of damage equal to your current hit points. Creatures that cannot expend a healing surge are unaffected by this ability.
You cannot target yourself with this meme.
Memory: For every point of memory allocated, this meme heals an additional amount equal to your Wisdom modifier. Creatures that cannot expend a healing surge still benefit from this additional healing.
Belief: If this meme is part of your belief-space, it instead affects all allies in a 5-foot radius sphere within range. Every four points of memory you allocate into the meme increases the radius by 5 feet. You gain no benefits from being in the area affected by your own white wind.

 

ZEPHYR MANTLE

Blue Opposition: Yes

Template: An effect that grants evasion or improved evasion; an effect that grants flight.
Ethereal wings sprout from the target, making them more agile.
You grant the creature evasion and a +0 deflection bonus to AC.
Memory: For every two points of memory allocated, increase the deflection bonus to AC by +1. For every five points of memory allocated, you can target one additional creature; the targets must be no more than 30 feet apart when you use this meme. If you have at least eight points of memory allocated, the target instead gains improved evasion.
Belief: If this meme is part of your belief-space, the target also gains a fly speed of 30 feet with average maneuverability. For every four points of memory allocated, the fly speed improves by +10 feet.
